PHASE 02 · Primary question: "Can my body meet the demands I care about?"
Rebuild Capacity
Knowing is not the same as trusting. Understanding what is happening changes how you interpret a sensation. It does not, on its own, give you back the strength, conditioning, and tolerance the activity actually requires.
This is where understanding becomes lived evidence. You bent and recovered. You walked farther. You lifted more. You got through the workday. Trust is rebuilt through evidence over time, not through reassurance.
Where you begin is set by what you can currently perform and recover from. The right starting point is not a judgment of your potential. It is simply the place you can begin progressing from.
The core work:
Progressive strength, endurance, mobility, and conditioning, alongside graded exposure to the movements you have been avoiding.
Workload and recovery get managed as part of the programming rather than as afterthoughts, with everything aimed at returning to lifting, exercise, work, travel, and whatever else your life asks of you.
Outcome: the body becomes more capable of meeting the demands you value.
